Hi, We are based in Oberhasli, Zurich, and are looking for somebody to sit a few hours with our cat. We are away between Thursday 14/04 and Monday 19/04, and don't want him to get lonely. If you would like to pay our cat company while reading a book, doing your home office, or would like to stay overnight, we and Ninja would be very happy. Price negotiable, email me [email protected], and help on only some days would be sufficient, since we will have somebody come and feed him daily anyways.
Stripped Pizza stands for natural and wholesome pizzas - free of additives. We create our recipes ourselves, proof our dough for 48h and chop our ingredients fresh on site every day.
Pizza tastes, without exception, the very best directly from the over 300°C warm stone oven - hot and crispy. After 10min delivery time the quality already decreases strongly.
And since quality is very important to us, we unfortunately have to cancel all larger catering requests. Under no circumstances do we want to deliver soggy and cold pizza to your summer apero, to your birthday party or even to your wedding.
That's why we need our own Pizza Bike! With a mobile mini kitchen with 2 gas-powered pizza ovens, we can bake the pizza right at your event on site and serve it hot and crispy.
The Catering Bike from Paul & Ernst is perfect for us and every event. We can drive with the e-bike directly to the venue and set it up in a (private) garden as well as indoors. Visually, our bike is absolutely great.
As pizza ovens we will use the ones from Gozney: flexible, gas-powered ovens with a stone plate, which guarantee an optimal baking temperature.
With the CHF 20'000 we would buy the bike, including a trailer for drinks.
If we exceed the target amount, we will invest the money in further catering equipment, such as thermoport transport boxes for the pizza, glasses and tableware for larger events, as well as in a van to be able to offer catering at more distant locations.
Help us to offer crispy and hot, natural and wholesome, superyummy pizza everywhere and support our project!
We would be especially happy to be able to pre-sell catering via purchase of our event goodies.
And we already thank you very much for any support - from the purchase of certain goodies, to a booster contribution, to sharing our Pizza Bike idea among friends.
