Immerse yourself in nature as you spend a week in a sustainable farmhouse in Tuscany. This special late summer retreat is a journey into the body, mind, and heart. The program has been thoughtfully orchestrated to include daily movement and restorative practices, nourishing meals, and opportunities to enjoy the refreshing outdoors. At the farm, much of life is spent outside, providing the perfect opportunity to absorb the healing energies of nature in the heart of the Italian countryside. The property is located on a sprawling organic farm, and all meals will be prepared using its produce.

-Special breathwork meditation journeys are offered for deep experiences, emotional release, and healing.
-The retreat will include exploration of various styles of yoga, mantra chanting, and movement practices.
-Take the opportunity to rest or explore the beautiful garden filled with lavender, rosemary, olive trees, vineyards, and various fruits and vegetables.
-The nearest village is a 15-minute walk away, where you can shop, relax under an old growth oak tree, read, or take a hike or bike ride through the surrounding land.
-Take a refreshing dip in the nearby rivers.
