Introduction to the Pilates method.
In our introductory workshop we teach you the Pilates principles. In different training blocks you will get to know the Pilates principles. We consciously build up basic positions and exercises so that you are well prepared for starting group training or can deepen your individual training in a more targeted manner. The focus in Pilates training is generally on strengthening the abdominal and trunk muscles, which you can optimally control with the help of conscious breathing. All other principles build on this, with which we achieve a balanced full-body workout. Bring your body structures back into balance, improve your body awareness, strength, mobility and flexibility, which will have a positive effect on your posture. We train according to the latest sports science findings and also incorporate aspects of fascia training.
The workshop forms a great basis for your Pilates training for both beginners and advanced users.
