Outdoor lunch yoga flow - Stadtpark Uster

Do you love to be outside and in a desperate need of a break during your work day? I feel you! That is why I am offering a lunch yoga flow in the beautiful Stadtpark Uster every Tuesday from 12.00-13.00. Grab your mat, some sun screen and let's meet to get your body moving.

All levels are welcome! We will be meeting behind the playground next to the Aabach. Bring your own mat (if you don’t have a mat, text me and I will lend you one). All classes are on donation so everyone can join (you can twint me or pay in cash). Good weather only.
