Enjoy a rejuvenating Vibratuning sound experience! While you relax on a mat, sound therapist Christine Grimm will enchant you with a gentle but profound sound landscape. You will experience a very deep state of relaxation with singing bowls and Biosonics tuning forks. If you like, your chakras (energy centres) can be activated with the body tuners and singing bowls. The focus of this sound bath is releasing blocked energy with the drum and other percussion instruments.
These wonderful vibrations transform blocks and harmonize your frequencies. You feel better grounded, more balanced, and attuned. Your powers of self-healing are activated and your sense an inner peace.
Everyone is welcome! You can register in advance through PayPal or Twint for CHF 35 or pay CHF 40 at the door (if there's space). If fewer than 4 people register at least 24 hours in advance, the event will be cancelled and you'll get a refund.
Please bring your own mat and blanket. Even though this is a private event, the AWCZ requires a Covid certificate for admission. We have a large room so there's space for distancing with a max. of 10 participants. This is a monthly Wednesday event from 6:30-8pm and Friday from 7-8:30pm. The monthly 3rd Thursday Sound Bath (Nov. 18 & Dec. 16 from 6:30-8pm) at the Hotel Marina Walensee in Unterterzen does not require a certificate, but you'll need to wear a mask when you're not on your mat.

I love film. And i love human rights. It’s a pity that half the people in the world only seem to have access to one or the other. Thankfully there are some great filmmakers who are bringing these injustices to the big screen at Zurich’s own Human Rights Film Festival which is taking place between the 2nd and 5th of December at Kosmos . I am looking for a drawing class.
When living in Lausanne, I used to attend classes where I mainly used pencil & charcoal and drew nude models.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar class in Zürich?
