Enjoy a rejuvenating Vibratuning sound experience! While you relax on a mat, sound therapist Christine Grimm will enchant you with a gentle but profound sound landscape. You will experience a very deep state of relaxation with singing bowls and Biosonics tuning forks. If you like, your chakras (energy centres) can be activated with the body tuners and singing bowls. The focus of this sound bath is releasing blocked energy with the drum and other percussion instruments. The Wednesday Sound Bath includes the gong.
These wonderful vibrations transform blocks and harmonize your frequencies. You feel better grounded, more balanced, and attuned. Your powers of self-healing are activated and your sense an inner peace.
Everyone is welcome! You can register in advance by writing [email protected] and pay through PayPal or Twint for CHF 40 or CHF 45 at the door (if there's space). There's also a 4-time subscription for CHF 140, which you can also use to bring friends. If fewer than 4 people register at least 24 hours in advance, the event will be cancelled and you'll get a refund.
Please bring your own mat and blanket. Even though this is a private event, the AWCZ requires a 2G Covid certificate for admission and masks when you're not on your mat. We have a large room so there's space for distancing with a max. of 10 participants. This is a monthly Wednesday event from 6:30-8pm and Friday from 7-8:30pm.

It’s past the middle of January so we’ve reached the lowest point in the «Januarloch» and are crawling slowly and exhausted out the other side. And i have a few more give-aways to give you some energy for the final push. First up, three lucky Ronsters can win a copy of the amazing retro orange chair, (pictured.) which is from the Möbel Zürich shop in Kalkbreite. Hit the link and then hit «Schreib Mir» to let me know why you’d like to win. Secondly. Fancy yourself as a self-made Sauron forging a ring of power just to lose it to a hobbit? Then i have just the thing. I am giving away three ring making kits (value CHF 149) from Bishu . Hit the link and then hit «Schreib Mir» to let me know why you’d like to win.
A while ago I saw the start of a discussion about fertility treatment in switzerland and how it compares to other countries. however, i cannot find that thread anymore so i thought i'll just ask again about different expriences.I know that the laws differ from one place to anotherand i assume the price too. a good friend of mine just tried her luck three times here in zurich and was now told that her chances had been better if she'd done it in spain or uk. does anyone know anything about this or has some advice?
