Enjoy a rejuvenating Vibratuning sound experience! While you relax on a mat, sound therapist Christine Grimm will enchant you with a gentle but profound sound landscape. You will experience a very deep state of relaxation with singing bowls and Biosonics tuning forks. If you like, your chakras (energy centers) can be activated with the body tuners and singing bowls. The focus of this sound bath is releasing blocked energy with the drum and other percussion instruments.
These wonderful vibrations transform blocks and harmonize your frequencies. You feel better grounded, more balanced, and attuned. Your powers of self-healing are activated and your sense an inner peace.
Everyone is welcome! You can register in advance by writing [email protected] and pay through PayPal, Twint, or bank transfer of CHF 40 - or pay cash at the door (if there's space). As the days get darker, we all can use easy ways to lighten up our hearts. For the first time ever, the English stand-up comedy gala will be sweeping you off your feet and get you rolling with laughter. The line-up looks more than promising: Peter Flanagan for dark and laid back comedy, Xavier Castells who has performed as the special guest of comedy giant Jim Gaffigan, Snjólaug Lúðvíksdóttir whose comedy is as intricate as his name and Jono Duffy, the TikTok sensation from the land of kangooroo’s. Get your tickets here for your perfect night out.
I've just been refused entry to a cafe in Zurich because their Vaccine app doesn't recognise my UK vaccination certificate.
The owners of the app tell me there are no plans to fix this.
