The Concentration Challenge
Part 3 - Tranquil Abiding Retreat
at Kailash International Retreat Centre, Valais, 3.-6. June (Bank Holiday) with Gen Kelsang Devi
This retreat is the culmination of the Concentration Challenge. All those who participated in Part 1 and at least four weeks in Part 2 can finally realize their concentration in a structured and self-guided retreat at the Kailash International Retreat Centre (Valais).
This concentration challenge includes three parts and is designed to help you improve and build your concentration and mindfulness with each part. With strong concentration, you will be able to achieve not only your worldly goals, but also your spiritual goals.
Registration is required for each part. Part 1 and 2 can be attended on site and via live stream and part 3 can only be attended on site. Participation at the Meditation Challenge is possible as a whole or in parts. Only part 3 requires participation of the first and second part.
There is a quote that has been doing the rounds about how a cyclist is a disaster for the economy . But, as you probably know, i love cycling for all the same reasons. So i am particularly excited as Cycle Week is starting today and will be taking place in several locations around the city over the weekend. Whether careering down mountain sides or meandering around the city it’s worth a visit as there is loads of really cool events happening . And if taking it easy is more your style i have a great cycling book to give away. Scroll down to check it out.
I've just been refused entry to a cafe in Zurich because their Vaccine app doesn't recognise my UK vaccination certificate.
The owners of the app tell me there are no plans to fix this.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
