At the heart of Kadampa Buddhism are the essential teachings of Sutra and Tantra. Day 1, Gen Devi will explain the "Heart Jewel" practice and how to rely on Wisdom Buddha Je Tsongkhapa and Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden to make rapid and powerful progress on the paths of Sutra. On the second day, Gen Devi gives explanations of Buddha's Tantra teachings, suitable for anyone who wants to understand what Tantra really is and how to use this particular technique to make swift progress on an authentic spiritual path.

On both days we offer a vegan/vegetarian lunch for CHF 15. On Sunday there will a vegan barbecue happening during lunch. Please register for this on the booking form.
