In this first part of the "Concentration & Mindfulness" Retreat Challenge, Gen Devi will give explanations on the topic. She will show what concentration and mindfulness are and how they can benefit our lives. In addition, we will start our concentration training with guided meditations. This retreat is essential for anyone who wants to improve their meditation practice, increase their focus and happiness.

Participation is possible on site or via live stream.

What to expect

All meditation sessions are guided, include a short talk, Buddhist prayers and quiet time for contemplation and for meditation. During breaks, there is plenty of time for walks and to spend time with like minded people.

During the retreat, everyone is encouraged to limit distracting activities, especially the use of cell phones and digital devices, to enhance the meditative experience and discover the profound benefits of meditation.
