In this workshop, you will be introduced to the topic of "work-life-balance" in a refreshingly direct and uncomplicated way and become familiar with your very own optimal life balance.
You will receive interesting and helpful inputs from motivation-, trend- and future-research, from psychology, biology (biophysics) and neuroscience. Specifically related to your everyday situation, we determine your professional and private energy balance and identify energy-givers and energy-consumers.
In order to reduce the share of those guzzlers, you will be guided to learn to listen to yourself and to recognise your energy needs. We will reframe your understanding of success, which in turn will then be linked to a personal goal, so that you can stand up for your core values and visions, in a self-confident and even radical way.
This resource building can support you in the future to make mentally focused and self-efficacious decisions that stem from a place of calm, while navigating through an increasingly complex society in a sustainably satisfying way.
With useful tools for everyday life and strategies from self-management and prioritisation methods, you (re)build your resources, strengthen your resilience and take concrete, proactive steps to optimise your personal time and energy management.
Focus. Motivation. Relaxation. Efficiency. Joy.
