Basic training filmacting starting Friday 25th October 2019

The following class will be taught in German. However, the scenes can also be performed in other languages. Regularly there are participants who follow the course in German and shoot the scenes in English. There are always other participants who perform the scenes in English as a scenepartner.

You want to:
- learn the basics of film acting
- practice acting in front of the camera without stress in different scenes
- analyse the filmed scenes together with the class
- be ready for the next film shoot

Directions: The room at Dorfstrasse 1 in 8424 Embrach is directly next to the bus station "Embrach-Gemeindehaus". All buses to and from Embrach from Zurich Airport or Embrach-Rorbas railway station stop at this stop.

Parking spaces: Free parking is available in front of the building or in the immediate vicinity.

Who: This course is suitable for anyone who is not yet familiar with the course content, who wants to refresh it or who wants regular acting training.

Course language: German (the scenes can also be performed in other languages such as English).

Course materials: Participants receive the course materials as PDF files. As a bonus, they will receive numerous articles as PDF as well as audio and video material as mp3 and mp4 downloads.

Confirmation of participation: A confirmation of participation will be issued on request if the participant* has attended at least 80% of the lessons completely.

Course Director: Marco Hausammann-Gilardi has 38 years of experience as an actor, writer, director and producer in theatre, film and television. He was at Strasberg's Real Stage from 1986 to 1988, with Ernie Martin (Artistic Director Actor's Studio Los Angeles) and at Actor's Studio New York (PO). Since 1988 he has been teaching on this basis and his practical professional experience. He is a member of the following professional associations:
