What conditions apply to the subscription offer?
- Online only: One-off activation fee: 99.90 on us
- blue Internet for 49.90/mth and blue TV for 0.–/mth for 6 months
- After the 6th month, the following monthly subscription fees apply: blue Internet S 64.90, M 79.90, L 89.90; blue TV S 14.90, M 24.90, L 34.90, XL 49.90
- The minimum service period for blue Internet and blue TV is 24 months each
- Offer not available to customers who are only switching subscriptions to a blue Internet subscription (e.g. from Vivo)
What conditions apply to the Netflix offer?
Contract details and conditions
- When you sign up for a new blue Internet (with/without blue TV) from 3 April to 5 May 2024, you will receive 6 months of Netflix Standard on us (total value: 113.40 (6 x 18.90/month)).
- Offer available after ordering with an email address.
- If the contract is canceled/revoked/early terminated and the Netflix offer is received, the total credit value plus a flat rate of 200.– must be paid.
- There are costs for any remaining Internet and TV subscription fees as well as purchased routers and TV boxes.
Activation of Netflix credit
- After signing the contract and activating the product, you will receive an email to activate Netflix.
- Link your Swisscom account to Netflix via this email and activate the credit.
- After the 6 months, Netflix continues to run for a fee. Cancel proactively via mySwisscom to avoid additional costs.
Subscription change and cancellation
- You can upgrade to a higher-value Netflix subscription during the 6 free months.
- The notice period is 1 month.

- Existing Swisscom customers are only eligible for the offer if they take out a new/additional blue Internet (with/without TV).

- If the contract is canceled/revoked/early terminated and the Disney+ offer is received, the total credit value plus a flat rate of 200.– must be paid.
- There are costs for any remaining Internet and TV subscription fees as well as purchased routers and TV boxes.

- After signing the contract and activating the product, you will receive an email to activate Disney+.
- Link your Swisscom account to Disney+ via this email and activate the credit.
- After the 6 months, Disney+ continues to run for a fee. Cancel proactively via mySwisscom to avoid additional costs.
Subscription change and cancellation
- You can upgrade to a higher-value Disney+ subscription during the 6 free months.
- Switching from a Disney+ monthly to an annual subscription is permitted, but with a minimum contract period of 12 months.
- The notice period is 1 month (with an annual subscription, this is possible for the first time at the end of the minimum contract period).

How can you benefit from the Netflix or Disney+ promotion if you are still with another provider?
To switch providers, you must:
- Cancel your existing contract: To do this, contact your provider and cancel the contract.
- You will then receive acancellation confirmationfrom your provider, which states the end of the contract.
- As soon as you have received this confirmation, you can order a new subscription with a streaming promotion online from Swisscom.
- In the ordering process you must indicate theend of your old contract. If it's a weekend day, just select the day before the weekend.
Then order the new subscription with a streaming promotion and you are done.

Can I change the product at any time?
Yes, the products can be adjusted at any time via the My Swisscom customer center. However, the minimum subscription period of 24 months applies to blue Internet and blue TV.

Can I change the product at any time?
Yes, you can adjust the products in the My Swisscom Customer Centre at any time.
This is how climate-neutral subscriptions work.
- Climate-neutral subscriptions require a climate-neutral network (mobile and fixed-telephone network) and climate-neutral devices (Internet boxes, TV boxes, WLAN boxes and smartphones).
- The Swisscom network is climate-neutral: Swisscom has been operating its entire network with 100% renewable energy for over 10 years and generates some of the electricity it consumes itself thanks to its 87 photovoltaic plants. By continuously modernising the technology and increasing energy efficiency, we have also been able to reduce CO2 emissions from operations by over 80% since 1990. All these measures result in fewer CO2 emissions. We offset all residual CO2 emissions that we cannot reduce ourselves.
- Devices are climate-neutral: Swisscom’s own products such as Internet and TV boxes have been climate-neutral since 2020. This is due to more efficient production and optimised packaging. We do not produce smartphones ourselves, but we fully offset the CO2 emissions generated during production, transport and use on behalf of our customers. Offsetting means that CO2 emissions are prevented or removed from the atmosphere by investing in climate protection projects to reduce an equivalent quantity of emissions elsewhere. Swisscom supports various recognised climate protection projects.
