Contract details and conditions
- When you sign up for a new blue Mobile you will receive 6 months of Disney+ Standard with ads on us (total value: 47.40 (6 x 7.90/month)).
- Offer available after ordering with an email address.
- If the contract is canceled/revoked/early terminated and the Disney+ offer is received, the total credit value plus a flat rate of 200.– must be paid.
- There are costs for any remaining Internet and TV subscription fees as well as purchased routers and TV boxes.
Activation of Disney+ credit
- After signing the contract and activating the product, you will receive an email to activate Disney+.
- Link your Swisscom account to Disney+ via this email and activate the credit.
- After the 6 months, Disney+ continues to run for a fee. Cancel proactively via mySwisscom to avoid additional costs.
Subscription change and cancellation
- You can upgrade to a higher-value Disney+ subscription during the 6 free months.
- Switching from a Disney+ monthly to an annual subscription is permitted, but with a minimum contract period of 12 months.
- The notice period is 1 month (with an annual subscription, this is possible for the first time at the end of the minimum contract period).
Offer for existing Swisscom customers
- Existing Swisscom customers are only eligible for the offer if they take out a new/additional blue Mobile.
- Customers are only allowed to benefit from the Disney+ offer once within 6 free months.
